- Cleaning and trimming nails
- Checking for skin issues or parasites and alerting the pet owner if any are found
- Providing a calm and stress-free environment for our clients
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A certificate or degree in pet grooming or a related field
- At least two years of experience in dog grooming
- A strong understanding of different dog breeds and their specific grooming needs
- The ability to handle animals with care and patience
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their requirements
- A clean and tidy work ethic, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the grooming area
