What Dogs Should Avoid Eating:

It's crucial to know that dogs should never consume bones, particularly those from chickens and ducks, as they can be extremely sharp and harmful.

Longterm consumption of animal organs, like liver, can be toxic for dogs due to excessive vitamin A intake, which can lead to poisoning.

Onions, garlic, and scallions are a big nono for canines, as they can cause hemolytic anemia, leading to symptoms like hematuria (blood in urine).

Chocolates are a definite nogo for dogs, as theobromine in chocolate can cause excitement and anxiety, and the high sugar content is not beneficial for their health.

Seafood and other allergenic foods should also be avoided. Highsugar, highsalt, and highfat foods can contribute to obesity and related health issues in dogs. Excessive salt can strain the kidneys, disrupt fluid balance, and lead to tear stains and various skin conditions.

Fruits like grapes, plums, cherries, loquats, pineapples, mangoes, peaches, and unripe tomatoes should be kept out of reach. It's also wise to limit the intake of other fruits.

Vegetables such as celery, cilantro, barley, wheat, corn (which contains protease inhibitors), peeled and sprouted potatoes, and mustard greens should be consumed in moderation.

Alcoholic beverages, drinks containing caffeine, and alkaline substances like hot cocoa, tea, and coffee are strictly offlimits for dogs.

Ice cream, frozen milk, and yogurt are not suitable for dogs, especially puppies, as they can cause digestive issues. Overindulgence in cold milk can lead to diarrhea in puppies, which, if habitual, can weaken the dog's body over time.

Remember, it's best to steer clear of these items when feeding your dog.
