2. Conjunctivitis: Characterized by red and inflamed conjunctiva, excessive tearing, increased discharge (eye boogers), and difficulty opening the eyes, conjunctivitis can be caused by either bacterial or viral infections.

3. Keratitis: Keratitis, or corneal ulcers, are a common eye condition. Superficial ulcers can be quite painful, and symptoms may include swelling, increased eye discharge, difficulty opening the eyes, reduced appetite, and even changes in behavior, such as a lack of interest in exercise. To confirm the presence of corneal ulcers, a fluorescein dye test is necessary.

4. Trauma: Trauma to the eye, whether from foreign objects or external injuries, can lead to eye inflammation.

5. Foreign Body Irritation: When a foreign object enters the eye, it can irritate and injure the eye, causing conjunctivitis and keratitis, leading to increased eye discharge. It is crucial to remove the foreign object to effectively eliminate the cause of the problem.
