Section 1: A Detailed Schedule for Dog Vaccination and Injection Timing

1. The first combination vaccine should be administered between the 7th and 8th week after birth.

2. The second combination vaccine is given between the 11th and 12th week of life.

3. The third combination vaccine, along with the rabies vaccine, can be administered between the 15th and 16th week. This is also the time when the rabies vaccine can be introduced.

For the Dutch Intervet Puppy DAPP vaccine, the first combination vaccine can be given as early as 28 days before birth. It is recommended to combine the Lyme disease vaccine with the second and third doses.

After the initial vaccinations, an annual booster shot is required (the specific schedule depends on the type of vaccine used).

Section 2: Important Considerations for Dog Vaccination and Injection

1. Always seek treatment from a professional veterinarian at a reputable veterinary clinic. Many nonspecialists lack the necessary knowledge, leading to improper storage and use of vaccines, which can compromise their effectiveness.

2. Vaccines contain weakened viruses that typically stimulate immunity in dogs, but this is contingent on the dog being in good health. If a dog has a weakened immune system or immune deficiency, vaccines may not provide effective protection, and the weakened virus could even exacerbate the condition. Therefore, a thorough health checkup is essential before vaccination.

3. Due to the weakened immunity in pets during emergencies, it is not advisable to vaccinate dogs that are experiencing stress, such as from changes in their living environment or diet. It is recommended to wait half a month after the dog becomes accustomed to its new surroundings before vaccination.

4. Deficiencies in nutrients like vitamin A or E can inhibit normal protein synthesis, thereby reducing the immune response.

5. After vaccination, a dog's immune system may initially weaken before strengthening. To ensure the pet's health, avoid bathing, changing environments, or feeding the dog for a week after vaccination. It is generally recommended to take the dog for a walk after vaccination.

6. Within three days of vaccination, the administration of oral antibiotics or deworming medications can also lead to ineffective immunity.

7. Symptoms such as fever, depression, decreased appetite, and pain in dogs after vaccination are normal and usually resolve within 2 hours.

8. Although rare, allergic reactions to vaccines can occur. If symptoms like generalized itching or facial swelling appear, desensitization shots may be necessary. It is important to observe the dog for half an hour after vaccination at the veterinary clinic to ensure everything is normal before leaving. If any reactions occur in the short term, seek medical attention promptly.
