Unusual Fatigue

One common symptom after an energetic play session with a dog is feeling unusually tired. This can be due to the exertion of energy that your body isn't used to. If you find yourself feeling more exhausted than usual, it's a sign that you might have overexerted yourself. It's important to rest and allow your body to recover. Pushing through the fatigue can lead to more serious issues like strain or injury.

Muscle Soreness
