Made with sweet potatoes as the main ingredient, the seaweed chicken pancakes can also be made with pumpkin, potatoes, or purple sweet potatoes, all of which are starchy vegetables. Only the yolk of an egg is used in this recipe.
Here's what you'll need:
Chicken breast: 2 pieces
Seaweed: a handful
Egg: 1
Carrot: 1
Sweet potato: 1
Oatmeal: 40 grams
Here's how to make the Seaweed Chicken Pancakes:
Prepare all the ingredients. Peel and cut the carrot and sweet potato into small pieces, then steam them until they are tender.
Wash the chicken breast, and chop it into a fine paste.
Crack one egg yolk and mix it well.
Add the steamed, mashed carrot and sweet potato to the chicken paste, along with the oatmeal, and mix thoroughly.
Take a portion of the wellmixed mixture and shape it into small pancakes. Stick a piece of seaweed on top of each pancake.
Place the pancakes in a dehydrator set to 80 degrees Celsius for 10 hours.
