My cat has never ventured outside, does it still need deworming?

Answer: Absolutely, it does! While indoor cats may have a significantly lower chance of contracting parasites compared to those that frequently go outside, it doesn't mean they're completely immune.

Even if your cat stays indoors, you might inadvertently bring home adult worms or worm eggs when you come home, as a responsible pet owner.

So, don't fall into the trap of skipping this important step. Deworming is still necessary!

How often should cats be dewormed?

The frequency of deworming can vary depending on your cat's living environment. For cats that often go outside or live with multiple cats and dogs, it's best to deworm every two months.

For indoor cats that don't eat raw meat, deworming every 6 to 8 months is sufficient, and you can even extend the interval if you prefer.
