Therapeutic Medication and Methods: The intravenous occlusion therapy with Procaine Hydrochloride serves two primary purposes. Firstly, it blocks pathological and malignant stimuli, offering protection to the nervous system. Secondly, it generates a mild and gentle beneficial stimulus, which improves the nutritive function of the nervous system towards tissues. This enhancement strengthens the defense mechanisms, ultimately restoring the normal functioning of the nervous system.

1. Administration: Combine 40 ng of Procaine Hydrochloride Injection from two vials (totaling 80 ng), 40 nL of Normal Saline Injection, and 500 ng of Vitamin C Injection from one vial. Mix these and administer a single subcutaneous injection.

2. Administration: Administer 40 ng of Procaine Hydrochloride Injection from one vial as a single subcutaneous injection.

Preventive Measures: After the dog's itching symptoms subside, prepare a 1% solution by mixing 25 ml of Jie'er Yin Wash with 2500 ml of warm water. Regularly bathe or medicate the dog with this solution every 3 to 4 weeks.

Jie'er Yin Wash, known for its cooling, drying, and antipruritic properties, contains 14 traditional Chinese medicinal herbs: Cnidium Monnieri, Mugwort, Herba Angelicae Sinensis, Acorus Tatarinowii, Mentha Haplocalycis, Phellodendron Amurense, Radix Platycodonis, Semen Cuscutae, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, Cortex Meliae, Fructus Gardeniae, Flos Lonicerae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, and Scutellaria Baicalensis.
