Recipe Name: Fresh Bone Chicken Rice;

Recipe Category: Main Course for Cats;

Preparation Technique: Mixed;

Difficulty Level: Easy;

Preparation Time: Less than 10 minutes;

Special Tools: None required;

Main Ingredients: Chicken drumsticks, chicken breast, chicken hearts, chicken livers, chicken gizzards, eggs;

Supplementary Ingredients: Taurine, Calcium Carbonate, Multivitamins, Salmon Oil, Probiotics, Vegetable and Fruit Puree, Alfalfa Powder, Seaweed Powder;

Age Appropriate: Suitable for cats over 1 month old;

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

Prepare chicken drumsticks and chicken breast (about 80% of the total), chicken hearts (about 10%), chicken livers (about 5%), and chicken gizzards (about 5%). Chicken drumsticks are more nutritious but harder to process, so choose based on your cat's preference and your comfort level;

Step 2: Prepare the Ingredients

Cut all the meats into small pieces, and choose the size based on your cat's preference and ease of consumption;

Tips:

① If your cat is on the slim side, you can leave half of the skin on the chicken drumsticks to add fat, as cats do require fat in their diet;

② Cats with experience eating raw bones can have the small bones from the drumsticks to supplement natural calcium;

③ Larger pieces of meat are better for your cat's oral health;

Step 3: Add Supplements

Taurine 5g, approximately 1%

Taurine is wellknown and essential for preventing various diseases. Since it's watersoluble, there's no concern about overdosing; just add it in moderation;

Calcium Carbonate 3g, approximately 0.6%

Given that we're making a "modified" raw bone meat recipe, calcium supplementation is crucial. If the drumsticks are bonein, you can reduce the amount of calcium carbonate;

Multiple Vitamins

Supplement the vitamins lost during the cooking process, adding according to the brand you choose;

Vegetable and Fruit Puree 10g, 5%

Simulate the plants, vegetables, and fruits that cats' ancestors consumed in the wild, but do not exceed 5% of the total ingredients;

Alfalfa Powder 5g

Rich in natural enzymes, it aids in digestion and urination, and is packed with vitamins;

Seaweed Powder 5g

High in minerals, this is a great supplement but may not be welltolerated by some cats; add gradually;

Probiotics

Preventative supplement, as fresh meat naturally contains a lot of probiotics. To prevent a decrease in probiotic numbers during storage, some additional supplementation is recommended;

Salmon Oil

Supplies Omega3 and some vitamins; add according to the brand you choose;

Step 4: Mix Thoroughly

Stir well to ensure the meat and supplements are fully combined. You can add a little water if needed;

Step 5: Serve and Store

Serve the portion your cat will eat immediately, then freeze the remainder in individual servings for future meals. Fresh Bone Chicken Rice is one of the most popular cat meals, as many cats prefer chicken over beef, lamb, or rabbit. Plus, it's quite affordable, so give it a try!
