Step 1: Gather Ingredients

Begin with 500g of duck breast meat. Keep in mind that the weight ratio before and after dehydration is approximately 1:5, meaning the final product will weigh around 100g. So, from the initial 500g, you'll end up with about 100g of dried snack.

Step 2: Prepare the Ingredients

Trim the duck breast meat into strips, each about 12 centimeters wide and 0.5 centimeters thick. This size ensures both a pleasant taste and effective teethgritting experience.

Step 3: Dehydrate

Place the duck strips into the dehydrator, ensuring there is adequate spacing and no overlapping. Set the temperature to 68°C and allow the process to run for 8 hours.

Step 4: Store

Once the dehydration is complete, remove the duck meat strips from the dehydrator and store them in a cool, dry place for longlasting enjoyment.
