● Eye Structure Issues: Although eyelid inversion, double eyelashes, ingrown eyelashes, and misplaced eyelashes are not common in cats, they should be ruled out before treatment.

● Herpesvirus Infection: The most common cause of cat eye inflammation, often seen in kittens aged 3 to 6 months, and it can be accompanied by symptoms like drowsiness, runny nose, sneezing, decreased appetite, and more.
