3. Corticosteroids: A trial of prednisolone in antiinflammatory doses may be attempted. If it is effective, it should be continued until the underlying disease is cured.
4. AngiotensinConverting Enzyme Inhibitors: Benazepril can be used to treat proteinuria.
5. Antihypertensive Medications: If hypertension occurs, amlodipine can be used for symptomatic treatment.
