Section 1: Key Symptoms of Cardiovascular Diseases

Cardiovascular diseases often present with a range of symptoms, including coughing, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing. Other signs may include dilated pupils, confusion, cyanosis of the mucous membranes, fatigue, abdominal bloating, and unintended weight loss, leading to a slimmer physique. Muscle tremors and shock are also possible symptoms.

One of the primary symptoms is a lack of exercise tolerance or discomfort during physical activity, as well as persistent, stubborn coughing, fainting spells, swelling in the extremities, and fluid accumulation in the chest and abdomen. These symptoms can easily be confused with respiratory infections or epilepsy in clinical settings. Auscultation of the heart may reveal distinct sounds such as rubbing, splashing, or galloping rhythms.

Section 2: The Progression of Cardiovascular Diseases

In the initial stage, symptoms are often not very pronounced.

During the second stage, exercise may trigger symptoms like coughing and shortness of breath.

In the third stage, these symptoms may occur frequently during daily activities.

In the fourth stage, coughing and shortness of breath may even occur at rest.

Section 3: Dietary Control for Cardiovascular Diseases

1. Adjust sodium intake according to the stage of the disease.

2. Be vigilant about decreased appetite and maintain a healthy weight.

3. Choose foods that are appetizing, high in energy, and rich in protein.

4. Ensure a nutrientrich diet to support heart health, including sources of EPA, DHA, Larginine, B vitamins, antioxidants, magnesium, Lcarnitine, and amino sulfonic acid.
